We offer a complete set of frame house structures, ready for assembly on your plot. All elements are manufactured industrially using precision equipment and high-quality materials to ensure stability, thermal resistance and durability.
Included in the package

Exterior wall construction — wooden frame 45×195 mm (C24 class), with the ability to adjust the height (2500–2700 mm).

Facade thermal insulation - Steico Protect H boards (40 mm) for plaster or cladding.

Wind and moisture protection - Tyvek membrane for full structural breathability.

Thermal insulation — ISOVER KL35 G3 mineral wool (200 mm), additional 50 mm layer as needed.

Interior walls — construction 45×145 mm, partitions 45×95 mm, ISOVER KL35 G3mineral wool (150 mm), 2X gypsum layers.

Interfloor ceiling (for two-story buildings) - 45×220 mm wooden frame with mineral wool (200 mm).

Roof system — rafter structure, 25×50 mm battens, ventilation gaps, Tyvek waterproofing.
